Our Independent Dental Patient Scheme offers affordable and comprehensive private dental care
Every year at the practice we receive an amount of UDA's (units of dental activity) from the NHS which allows us to treat a given number of patients. When we have used our allocation of UDA's, in order to continue to be able to offer dental treatments to new patients, we have put in place an independent scheme.
Our aim is to be able to offer and provide patients with affordable independent dental treatments. Our Dentists will always advise you of the cost of any treatment, prior to the treatment being carried out.
Other treatments such as: standard bridges, cosmetic all porcelain crowns & veneers, Valplast & chrome dentures, root canal work, teeth night guards and white fillings our dentists will advise you of the cost of these treatments. A full price list of all our Independent treatments is available from reception.
Denplan is the UK's leading dental payment plan specialist with approximately 1.8 million patients.
Orchard Green Dental Practice is pleased to offer patients in Orpington the option to budget for your dental care with Denplan. Here are some reasons on how Denplan can benefit patients in Orpington:
For an affordable monthly payment you receive all the necessary care from your dentist to help you maintain a healthy mouth for life.
Dental emergencies can be extremely stressful but if you are unlucky enough to have one, you should call your dental practice and make an appointment to see your dentist as soon as possible. If you're away from home or can't get to your registered dentist, the best news is that emergency support is available 24/7. So if you are unfortunate enough to develop a toothache or a tooth breaks in the middle of the night or on a weekend, your Denplan Care covers you.
With Denplan Care you can leave your worries about costly and unexpected dental bills behind.
Monthly payments entitle you to all the routine care and treatment you need to keep your teeth and gums healthy, including: examinations, routine treatments, X-rays and major restorative work such as periodontal (gum) treatment, crowns, bridges, dentures and inlays (excluding laboratory fees).
Denplan can help you to plan for the future by allowing your dentist to focus on preventative dental care.
The aim of preventative dentistry is to help you to improve your long-term oral health and take all the necessary steps to help you avoid tooth decay and gum disease, rather than waiting for problems to occur.
Through modern, preventative care, for example fluoride application, it is sometimes possible to reverse the very early effects of tooth decay, thereby avoiding the need for a filling. By concentrating on prevention, treatment is kept to a minimum.
Discounts of up to 10% are available if one direct debit covers all registered members of one family receiving treatment at the same practice.
